The Grooms team are educators first and a financial specialist second. They firmly believe in solution-driven education.

Bob was in education for 30 years. Teaching is his passion. Honored with several people’s choice awards, Who’s Who Among Teachers, and being a  local Walmart’s Teacher of the Year, Bob feels blessed every day to work with his lovely bride over 45 years and his great clients.

Terry is a dream builder. She takes her client’s dreams and helps to turn them into financial realities. Having a servant’s spirit, she has owned and operated several successful businesses in La Junta, CO.

Bob is a member of (NEA) National Ethics Association, (NAIFA) National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors, and is a Certified National Financial Educator. Both Bob & Terry are Certified John Maxwell leadership trainers.
